Scav Hunt Sunday: Popcorn and Poofs

Then and now:
Thank you time hop for this one. A year ago Friday I visited Maimo to talk with the teacher I was replacing then showed my class a movie. This year Friday the kids watched a movie while I packed up the room for summer - what a year!!

Indulge: 
Can't watch a movie without popcorn!!

Happiness: 
I always get happy when I get to see the "Make Way for Duckling" ducks.

Summer:
Summer means lots of gorgeous flowers all over town.

Pop of color:
A collection of marker caps in the art room.

    I have the cutest picture of my oldest daughter climbing on those ducks when she was just a toddler. It makes me happy to see them as well. Love the marker caps!

    Wow, do you know how incredible that duck and all her babies in a row photo is? I also like the way to serve and put a cap on how much pop corn one eats, very festive photos!

    I like the duckling photo and when I saw all those caps my first thought was "all those caps without a home means many dried up markers." That is a pet peeve of mine-I am always telling Blessing to put the cap back on the marker when you are done!

    I can only imagine the bittersweet of wrapping up each school year - how can you not grow attached to your students (perhaps not all, but certainly a few) . Enjoy your summer break.
