Jameson Square

Monday, Ronan and I headed downtown to Jameson Square, which has fun fountains to climb and play in. Even more fun, we met Jill from Daily Bread and her girls there (yay for meeting blog friends!).

Ronan was slow to warm up to the water: "no water! no!" but after exploring the high and dry rocks he decided to get his feet wet, literally. Soon he was jumping and splashing and a very soggy toddler. It was so cute to watch him explore and fun to get my feet wet too, plus it was so great to get to chat with Jill!

After I fished Roo out of the water we headed to Powells and some other shops. This kid walked most of the way and enjoyed saying hi to every dog and human we passed by!

City exploring with toddlers, nothing better!

  4. These pics are so refreshing. His youthfulness exploring is so well captured. I remember when my son would jump in every puddle. Frustrating at times, but oh so boy.
