When I made my annual batch of strawberry jelly this past week, I used the strained berry juice to make ice cubes, so delicious in seltzer.
The Random:
So apparently baby pineapples are a thing. Or maybe they're just a Whole Foods thing...
The Fun:
I was in Vermont this weekend for a little summer get-a-way. On the way, we stopped at a little local Vermont winery's tasting room. Fun to taste some local wines!

Strawberry cubes = genius!!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Tamar, well there is certainly a lot of "juice" of all kinds going on in this post. I was thinking as I looked at the pineapple that even though it is a symbol of hospitality and it tastes so good, it doesn't look like a very friendly fruit with all those spikey things on it. Just my observation.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your day.
I have never seen the baby pineapple. I suppose it would work if you don't need the big kind...but it does seem like an awful lot of stuff you pay for but can't eat.
ReplyDeleteSo many delicious treats!
