When I {sculpt} my masterpiece.
{When I Paint My Masterpiece - Bob Dylan}
This past week had too much sadness and heartbreak. My photographer's soul needed some time with my camera this weekend.
I went out to Lincoln to the De Cordova Museum. They have an extensive sculpture garden and I wandered around the grounds for an hour and change enjoying the stunning works in the collection.
Spending time with such beautiful and masterful works of art warmed my heart. It reminded me there is still much beauty and light in the world today.

I'm so sorry for all the hurt in your heart right now; love it that quiet times with cameras can be needed therapy. I get it!

ReplyDeleteI hope your heart and soul are mending. I always am intrigued when a lyric from a song is pulled out to stand on it's own...and makes me realize how truly magnificent it is. Bob Dylan is a master, and your photographs illustrate it perfectly. Thanks for joining in at Song-ography.
