Song-osity: Masterpieces

Someday, everything is going to be smooth like a rhapsody...

This past week had too much sadness and heartbreak. My photographer's soul needed some time with my camera this weekend.

I went out to Lincoln to the De Cordova Museum. They have an extensive sculpture garden and I wandered around the grounds for an hour and change enjoying the stunning works in the collection.

Spending time with such beautiful and masterful works of art warmed my heart. It reminded me there is still much beauty and light in the world today.

    I hope your heart and soul are mending. I always am intrigued when a lyric from a song is pulled out to stand on it's own...and makes me realize how truly magnificent it is. Bob Dylan is a master, and your photographs illustrate it perfectly. Thanks for joining in at Song-ography.

    Very interesting!
    I like the large head the best.

    Tamar - I am quite late getting around to posts. I have thought mournfully for you and your community with recent events and am glad you went out and found hope and inspiration and strength - for all we hold dear, we can never give in to hatred or fear.
