Wednesday was the 100th Day of School! We marked the day (eek about 60 days left!) by writing about 100 things we'd want/not want/buy, etc. The best response to "When I am 100 years old" was "in 91 years." Oh literal 3rd graders!
The Random:
This week in phonics we learned about open and closed syllables. The kiddos had to unscramble their lesson words and they all caught a mistake! The book, when they scrambled the word "respect" added an s. I tweeted them to let them know and they responded, the kids loved that they responded!
The Fun:
No shame. I've already binge watched "Fuller House" and it's so great. Emily came over and we had comfort food and relived our childhoods.

Nothing like reliving one's childhood! Your foood looks too delicious! Have a fantastic week! <3
ReplyDeleteWe had a busy weekend so I haven't watched FH yet. Can't wait!!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe it's already been 100 days of school. You are on the downward side of things!
ReplyDeleteWe don't have Netflix, so I can't watch Fuller House, but I am THRILLED to read so many great reviews about it. Excited for them! I wasn't allowed to watch a lot of TV growing up, so I didn't watch every episode of Full House, but I watched enough to count it a part of my childhood!!
ReplyDelete60 days~ That means spring must be close!
ReplyDeleteI really liked the 100 days answers and kudos to your kids for finding the spelling error. I grew up watching Full House too.
ReplyDeleteohhh....comfort food. Is there anything better???? Full House!! Blast from the past.
ReplyDeleteI always love seeing what you have been up to.Looks like a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteLooks like another fun filled week! Love seeing it thru your perspective.
ReplyDeleteMy 3rd grade grandson never ceases to amaze me with what he knows and can do.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could do 100 planks! I love that the company tweeted you back. I think I'm too old for Full House but I will probably watch it anyway!
ReplyDelete100 days already! The school year seems to pass very quickly after that. I enjoyed seeing a bit of your students work. Third grade is an important year.
ReplyDeleteI haven't begun to watch FH as yet--can't wait!
Fuller House has been so fun. I was worried at first, but enjoying it now!
ReplyDeleteLove all of this! I'm planning to watch Fuller House asap.
ReplyDeleteWow, I must be behind! Probably because I'm not in the school system anymore:) Thanks for your comment - I smiled, because I happen to know (at least if 29 is your real age) that you are younger than my son, but you call him "young man":):) He should be "old" (haha -he hates it when he has to show his ID to prove he is over 18!)
ReplyDeleteWell spotted on the kids, and there is no shame in a little binge watching- I think it is good for the soul.
ReplyDeleteI hope the kids keep their answers to read later when they are grown.
ReplyDelete!00 day activities are so fun. I like that you and a friend binge watched fuller house and with yummy food. Good for you!
ReplyDeleteI've heard a lot about Fuller House, but I haven't seen it yet. I might have to check it out.
