Avi made me Doctor Who pillows! How great is that!?
The Random:
Our weekly staff card game was Uno this week. We play on Thursdays and all got a chuckle at the run of greens we had on St. Patrick's Day (which is not a Jewish thing at all). Somehow the Uno deck made sure we acknowledged the day!
The Fun:
The big 3rd grade show is the Purim play. The kids performed this week and did so well!! It's great to watch the kids become actors and actresses and take on the personalities of their characters.
An InLinkz Link-up

Super good last week was our trip to Abu Dhabi--great to get out! Also good was celebrating my dad's 75th bday. I was not there to see it but sent lots of pictures (which decorated the tables) and sent him a video message. And best of all, my laundry machine and dryer were delivered just today and after 5 years in storage they actually work! Hooray for doing laundry in my own home! A bit random...our C-tree was confiscated by customs. Technically, they are contraband and not allowed entry. I knew we were taking our chances. Happy Monday.
ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of green! Have a lovely week!
ReplyDeleteI love the colour of the pillows. Such a wonderful deep blue.
ReplyDeleteHappy easter
susa
ans many thanks for the linkparty
Uno is still a fave of mine!!
ReplyDeleteHope it's another great week!
Love the pillows and bravo to the kids on a job well done.
ReplyDeleteGreat week- so funny about all the green cards :)
ReplyDeleteTardis fabric?!?!?! How cool is THAT!!!!
ReplyDeleteHow ironic that those green cards came up on St. Patrick's Day. Love how you guys get together and relax that way. Hope you are enjoying your week.
ReplyDeleteThat was a lot of greens! Love those pillows. I bet the Purim plays were great!
ReplyDeleteAs soon as I saw the UNO deck of cards, I got excited. Our family loves this game, we of course play dirty UNO, which makes it even better. Smile.....
ReplyDeleteThose Dr. Who pillow are awesome! My boys would love that!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty pillows! Green does seem to turn up a lot this time of the year ;) It looks like your students had a very enjoyable Purim!
ReplyDeleteThe Uno deck made me laugh. Here schools close for St. Patrick's day which stunned me as I never heard of that before. We have the second largest parade in the states here and so many roads shut downtown for the parade which includes schools there so everyone has that day off.
ReplyDeleteWhen we finished our Conversational Spanish class, the last night we played Uno in Spanish, and we had to say the number, the color, or the phrase for each card. It was great practice.
ReplyDeleteI like that run on greens.
ReplyDeleteYour queen Esther looks mighty (and pretty)! Uno is about the only card game I don't mind playing:) Have a great week!
ReplyDeletevery funny about the cards!
ReplyDeleteI love Uno! What fun. Glad the play was a success.
