A few weeks ago, someone at school, approached me about reworking a blog post I wrote nearly 3 years ago and republishing it in the school's Kol Rambam (quarterly magazine of sorts). They were mailed to pretty much everyone and anyone in the Maimo community (alumni, parents, staff, etc) and I've gotten lots of attention (even noticed at the gym by an alumnus).
The Random:
I play classical music during work times, it really helps the kids focus and keeps the chit chat down, since they can't fight the relaxing music. Wednesday, this happened. The comment is from our music teacher...
The Fun:
Purim was this past week - always a fun time at school and in the community! A few of us teachers made Class Dojo monsters as costumes, the kids loved them. My mishloach manot were a punny geometry theme (triangle hamantaschen, round orange, and square granola bar). A fun time at megillah reading and a friend's seudah. Got all the mitzvot covered!
