First Parish

A serious perk of all the running has been finding amazing gems right in my own backyard. I ran by this church this summer and knew I wanted to go back and explore the grounds.
It was so peaceful to jut wander around snapping photos. I almost felt transported in time and space, forgetting just a few miles away was the hustling and bustling city.
I've always loved the stone masonry and architecture of churches. They seem so grounded. So rooted in nature. Timeless.

  2. There's just something about churches (and other places of worship). I find them very peaceful and I love checking them out (where allowed) whenever I can.
