The Boston ICA has become a center for contemporary art that really makes you think. Not just modern art that makes you go "huh, a toddler could make that" but pieces that stop you in your tracks and make you think about the message the artist is conveying.
Currently, there are installations about migration, hanging swaths of fabric that merge the imagined and natural worlds, to books wrapped in fabrics and printed with names of immigrants. Of course, the view over the Harbor is worth the price of admission!

I’ve been thinking of someplace i can bring my grown daughters as a Christmas present. I have decided that instead of bigger gifts i am going to give experience gifts. I think that we would all like this place. Thanks for the inspiration.
