When you think about it, our bodies are amazing. It was neat to see a close up of a femur and see where my bone went on strike over the spring and summer. I also loved seeing all the bran parts I teach my third graders about in our mindfulness curriculum.

Hmmm... I can see why you would find this exhibition interesting... but not sure I would like to see it...
ReplyDeleteI have to show this one to Ryan!!
ReplyDelete...ah, to be able to stretch and bend like this!
ReplyDeleteI have always wanted to see this exhibit! It really is quite fascinating. You know our bodies shouldn’t even survive in our environment, yet they do. So amazing!

It is really fascinating!
ReplyDeleteI remember when this was in NYC, and I think it came here too but I never got to see it!
ReplyDeleteI saw a very extensive exhibit back in the early 2000's I think. There were many displays, and I think we found they were of Chinese persons in prison. It was very educational. I'm thrilled that you're teaching Mindfulness to 3rd graders.
ReplyDeleteI have GOT to get to one of these exhibits. My son went to one and said it was fabulous!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fascinating exhibit! Our bodies look so different without the skin on. :) It would probably take me a few minutes to adjust to it. ha.
ReplyDeleteWe thought this was such an amazing exhibit (though my youngest refused to look at 99% of it and walked through the are with his eyes closed clinging to the back of my shirt). I don't think any of them would be OK working in the medical profession. LOL.
ReplyDeleteBodyworks is an amazing exhibit!
ReplyDeleteFascinating!
