So lovely to see all these little messages around town!
The Random:
I'm apparently the kind of person who irons their masks...
The Fun:
This week's virtual field trip was to Lucy the Elephant! I had to introduce these kiddos to my hometown's massive and beloved Elephant attraction!

ReplyDeleteAt lease you have a sense of humor about ironing your masks. I am a non-mask ironing kind of person.
Um, why do you iron your mask?
ReplyDelete...I don't know if we have an iron!
ReplyDeleteI'm so impressed by the ironing! I iron for Easter and funerals, and that's about it.
ReplyDeleteYou made me laugh that your iron your masks! I used to iron my socks! Hahaha.

I remember my mother having us iron pillowcases and my dad's handkerchiefs back in the day. Looking back now, it seems really funny. Perhaps she was just trying to keep us busy. ha.
ReplyDeleteI iron my masks as well :-)

Love Lucy the Elephant.
ReplyDeleteI'm an mask ironing person too!
ReplyDeleteI can imagine cotton fabric masks to be a little wrinkled after washing.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing and for hosting the linkup!

I kind of press my masks flat with my hands after washing them and let them drip dry on a rack overnight Saves time!
ReplyDeleteI remember visiting Lucy the Elephant many years ago--she looks great!
Hmmm...I wonder if I still have an iron or if I threw it out during one of my purges! :)
ReplyDeleteMy parents lived next door to Lucy in the Margate Towers!
ReplyDeleteYou've seen the Elephant in France - i forget which town but south. A giant puppet that moves, I think. Amazing
ReplyDeleteVery nice. Thanks for hosting and have a wonderful week.
ReplyDeleteI don't iron anything anymore. But I dry masks until they get hot.
ReplyDeleteThat is random--ironing a mask but surly a sign of the times. Cool virtual field trip. I'll have to check that out.
