The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 48

 The Good:
We made it 50 days, in person (!), to Thanksgiving break! The PTA bought these amazing balloons to usher us to the holiday break.

The Random:
So it's true, the postal workers do rely on dog biscuits!

The Fun:
We went to a small art museum here in Westchester - the art on display was really cool and it was fun to finally enter a museum after 9 months!

  2. How sweet to have the balloons! It feels nice to be appreciated as a teacher and especially in these times.

  3. We have made it to Thanksgiving in person as well! Only 2 days a week but I thought for sure we would have to be all virtual by now. My kids go back today after the break! Fingers crossed we can maintain this through the end of the year!

  8. What beautiful balloons!

Most Colorado schools are on remote this week as the virus counts are sadly high here in Colorado

    Love that unusual sculpture!

  11. Good for you on the 50 days - and safely too. We treated our teachers appaullingly (in the media and some of the governments comments) but from the two schools that my kids went to, they were exceptional. It has been such a crazy time. Hopefully it's on the way out for you guys.(At least where you live)

  13. Very nice. Well, I got to go to a couple of the museums here in Bay Area earlier in the month and they have shut down again. Of course, I haven't been in my classroom since mid-March. Glad that your school made it open until Thanksgiving.
