Pumpkins Galore

The NYBG had another great pumpkin showcase! Once again, they reimagined how to display the varieties of gourds throughout the garden, and it was so wonderful.
The giant pumpkins are always so insane to see. This year, they were carving a creation into a giant 2,000lb pumpkin - that was fun to see for sure! I love going to check these out every year - such a perfect fall afternoon.

I love all the unique shapes and colors of pumpkins! We (for the first time) put some of the extra fun shapes and colors on our porch this year, and I loved it!

Something emotionally healing about the seasons. That's precisely one of the things that is so upsetting about climate change!
