I don't get the paper, well I do, but on my ipad. A neighbor in my building does so I dashed out one morning to snap a picture hoping to the high heavens no one would walk out the door and see me, in my pj's, taking pictures of papers at 7am...
Morning Light:
My living room faces east and I love when the sun crests over the building across the street, blinding, but pretty cool.
While Massachusetts has tons of forests, I do live in the city. But, I love that even in a big city there are areas of greenery.
Tea or coffee:
Mug ready for coffee (which I don't drink) or tea (which I do drink). Funny that I chose this mug on this day too, because exactly six years ago I bought this mug the weekend I moved into my dorm for freshman year of college...time flies!
Touch:
Totally tried to recreate that famous touch painting...not so sure if I like how it turned out...
Just picturing you running out for your Newspaper shot :). Beautiful photos.
ReplyDeleteYour newspaper shot made me laugh - oh the things we do for a photo! Nice collection and it looks as though we live in the same neck of the woods, so to speak. I love seeing photos from another Bostonian, and agree about the beautiful greens paces in the city!
ReplyDeleteGreat post and love your photography ~ especially the 'Forest in MA' ~ I live in MA ~ (A Creative Harbor)
ReplyDeleteGreat shots, Tamar! Love your take on Newspaper!
ReplyDeleteThe things we do for our art! Lol. I want to see you in your pjs -- maybe your neighbor is linking up to Scavenger Hunt as well. :)
ReplyDeleteLove your trees - what a beautiful pathway
ReplyDeleteHad to laugh at your description of the papers and you running out to get the photo! haha!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos :)
Absolutely love the creativity of the touch shot. As for those papers-had your neighbor seen you in PJs, you likely would have seen him in boxers. Jus' sayin'. Marvelous weather today-enjoy.
ReplyDeleteHaha - I´d LOVE to have seen you in your pj´s, take a selfie next time! :-D
ReplyDeleteGreat shots!
ReplyDeleteI know the feeling, so many times I have hoped that no neighbours will stop by when I'm trying to take pictures of something. Sometimes they do.... =)
Nice forest shot
ReplyDeletegreat set....i'm sure if the people in the neighborhood know you, they would not think anything of you, in your p.j.'s, at 7 a.m., taking a picture of a newspaper.
ReplyDeletesomething tells me that fits right in to your m.o. (and i mean that in the nicest of ways) ;))
Super fun shots this week. Love that mug and that forest shot in the city is so pretty. Got a good laugh out of you snapping a picture of your neighbors newspaper. Getting caught would have been horrible. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat shots! I'm chuckling about the newspaper, and I love your mug!
ReplyDeleteI had to lol! at your newspaper commentary. MA is quite woodsie, plus lots of great parks. Good group of pictures for this week's hunt.
ReplyDeleteOh funny, what we do for our art...sure glad your neighbor didn't open his door right when you were snappin'. And what lovely places for you to walk in your city.
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos to the different themes. Best regards, Synnöve
