kid 1: sometimes you get a lot of cats when you're a lonely person
kid 2: but I'm allergic, I better never be lonely!

me: I had 40 conferences this week, I'm tired!

kid 1: well....no one burned it down!
kid 2: good thing, since we actually had a fire drill!

ReplyDeleteI always enjoy when you post these conversations with your kids. My grandson will be in third grade this next year, and I can hear him saying some of these things.
