The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 35

The Good:
Monday morning during my run I turned around and saw this...worth stopping for a few minutes to appreciate!

The Random:
I do not like hype. This eclipse was too hyped for me. I had no glasses so was watching the live stream in my classroom...then I did go out and saw it through glasses - pretty cool. Then there was already a FB event for the one in 7 years....oy!

The Fun:
I went down to the Christian Science Fountains one night to take some pictures for 52Frames. Such a fun fountain day or night!

Oh yes, the hype! It is often too much for my taste as well.

Thanks for the link up and have a wonderful week!

I wasn't into the hype- then my neighbors brought us glasses & I'm glad they did. My science loving kids loved being able to watch & the especially loved that I did it with them.

Let's hear it for Fountain Day, sounds like a blast. Loving the craft project photo, a great way for kids to learn a bit about science and geography anyway. It was all very last minute with my cousin getting me interested only because she couldn't find glasses. Gorgeous morning run shot.

Beautiful skyline view.
Yes the Eclipse was pretty, "hyped" up. I was bummed because I thought it would get darker here, we just had a bit of a shaow that made it look like dusk. I didn't have glasses so it wasn't a big thing for me. - I can't believe people are already planning trips for the next one.
Love your fountain shots.

Great fountain shot. I hear you on the hype - sometimes expectation spoils the fun
