The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 27

The Good:
I am in love with Avi, Ben, and the boys' dog Matty. She is just so sweet and fluffy!!

The Random:
After 30 years of near chronic sinus issues, including 5 sinus infections since October (I even ran Boston with one!) I finally had sinus surgery Friday. My awesome doc said it was a success (and needed) and I've been laying low on the couch. I'm not good at slowing down and working hard at resting up!

The Fun:
After we went berry picking we went to a lavender farm! It smelled SO good!

  1. Love the theme of your blog. It's a great idea. We all need a little more fun in our lives.

  2. I'm glad the surgery went well. You need to get better at resting up! :) The lavender looked amazing. How cute is that dog?!

  3. Tamar, I do hope you are recovering nicely from your surgery! And you can now smell the lavender fields! Sinus problems are the absolute worst. How great that you will have some relief now!

  4. I've never had sinus infections, but they do sound miserable and I hope this surgery is the answer!!! NO MORE!!! Rest as well as you can. (I'm not always great at it either.)

  5. I hope you heal fast and well, Tamar!! My mom has had that surgery and it takes a little down time...that's for sure!!

  6. Ohhhh that's pretty exciting. Hope it makes you feel a million times better. Loving all that lavender!

  7. I hope you recover quickly, Tamar! I'm sure the surgery will be beneficial to you and once you are feeling better you will be happy that you did it. Glad you are having fun with your family!

  8. So sorry to hear about your surgery, but glad to hear it was a success. The trip to the lavender farm sounds heavenly!

  9. Best wishes on your recovery. I know it's hard to slow down when you have a bunch of things you want to do.

  10. Matty is adorable. I bet the boys love her to pieces. Beautiful lavender fields that I'm sure smell divine. Yay for sinus surgery. Sucks to have surgery but it will help. Both my dad and sister had to do it and don't regret it one bit.
