Well!! After 13 weeks of no running and no impact aside from gentle walking my repeat MRI showed 100% healthy bone and I am cleared to run again! For the next few months, it's more of a job/walk, but all restrictions are lifted and I am so happy!

The Fun:
I went down to the Greenway to check out the newly updated fountains. Now they have LED lights and put on a show at night with amazing arrangements of light and water!

I haven’t seen the light show but it looks really cool from your picture! Happy to hear you have healed and can resume running! Just in time for the cooler weather so you don’t have to run in all this humidity.

(random paragraph) When I saw the UFO beer I read it as Uff O (as in uffda) for some reason. I'm going to ask some Bellevillians if they know about this beer (Belleville calls itself the UFO capital of something...WI, the US, the world perhaps).
