The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 4

The Good:
I got the shot!! With immense gratitude to science, Gd, and Gov. Cuomo who prioritized educators I received my first dose. Aside from a sore arm for 24 hours (nothing worse than a flu shot) and being a bit groggier the next morning than usual, I am feeling euphoric!

The Random:
The box's name and directions are contradictory...

The Fun:
It was so amazing to watch the inauguration!! We had all the classes stream it (not about politics but marking a historical event). The upside to an office is I could sit there bawling and no one could judge me!

Glad you got your first vaccine. I have had both of mine. A sore arm both times but nothing more.

Wasn't Amanda Gorman just stunning at the inauguration?

That is so awesome about the vaccine. I heard that it's a bit of a painful one too but it's worth it! What a great day Wednesday was!! Lots of happy and relieved tears for me too!

Good for you in getting the vaccine! I have no idea when it will be my time...hopefully sometimes in 2021. My in-laws got it a couple weeks ago and that was a huge relief to all of us. I bawled all day last Wednesday too; so many beautiful things I was thankful for!

Thanks for sharing this with us. We in The Netherlands also saw the inauguration. It was great.

Bless you for who you are, and all you do!

Congratulations on getting the vaccine!!! Here people who work in schools (including teachers) are just being vaccinated with the general public. It's sort of frustrating.

And I cried a few times during the inauguration as well.

First off happy belated birthday! and then congrats on getting the vaccine. I'm so happy for you--you got it on my birthday ;0) It was an emotional inauguration for sure but in a happy way. Hoping for all the best in 2021.

Very nice. Somehow here in California, teachers are classified 1C and will have to wait months. Glad that you got yours.
