It may still feel like winter (it's been in the 30s for the last 2 weeks) but the trees are in full bloom! I guess if it's going to be cold...still...we should have something pretty to look at? I wandered around the city taking in the gorgeous blossoms and flurry of petals as the wind (why is it still so windy!).
