It snowed. Again. Still? More. 8-10 inches last night. It's pretty, yes. But I maybe ready for spring. Me. The snow lover to the end. I miss blue skies and green grass, orange flowers and the yellow rays of sun.
Snow and winter, I love you, but it's time we move onward to warmer and more colorful pastures!
I am pretty sure that is the tree outside my back window!
ReplyDeleteSome blue sky this morning! But my driveway (and my resident shovelers!) are ready for a change, that's for sure!
ReplyDeletei just LOVE when the snow covers every branch of every tree!!
ReplyDeletewhat a beautiful image!!
Oh such a perfect color for today's song ... I agree, we sure do need color in our lives again!
ReplyDeleteThat is a great shot. I'm ready for spring too.
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I both agreed that we are so grateful our daughter is in Japan and not enduring this year's Boston Winter. Granted, Tokyo received the largest snow they've had in 20 or so years (not surprising since it would seem our daughter is gunning for Jim Cantore's title of being where the worst weather hits - earthquakes, hurricanes, blizzards, etc). But at least it was nothing compared to the snow in Boston and surrounding areas.
ReplyDeleteHang in there - this too shall pass.
I'm a true sun (heat) lover, so I can't even imagine what it's been like. Don't think we'll ever forget this winter, tho. :)
ReplyDeleteYou ready to move on is definitely a statement. This winter has been exceptional, so I don't think you'll get many arguments.
ReplyDeleteAnd we have no snow at all left, maybe it will come later on, though I doubt it.
