To everything - turn, turn, turn...
March is finally departing. April is mere hours away.
We're slowly turning into the next season.
You will see often see bikers, runners, and pedestrians out and about regardless of the weather. But, as the days grow longer and the weather tries to get warmer, the bikers, runners, and walkers are out in force.
We're shaking off the cobwebs of winter and
a mere hours away. I love how everyone comes out when the days start getting longer, regardless of HOW warm, just that it is "warmer". Nice shot.
ReplyDeleteif you think about it - the pedaling of the bike is fitting --- turn, turn, turn.
Great take on this theme! I'm wondering if you bicycle around Boston. I love biking but usually walk around my rather hilly neighborhood. Isn't it fun when people come outdoors and enjoy the warmer weather! Have a great week as we head into April!
ReplyDeleteYea! Springtime at last!
ReplyDeleteHi Tamar, I love the composition of this shot; the lines of the fence against the circles of the bicycle wheels supported by the brick pattern. Just wonderful!
ReplyDeleteSuch a good shot. So true to the scene here....the pond was packed yesterday - even as it starting raining!!
ReplyDeleteNice take on the song and a great photo as well.
ReplyDeleteYes the days are (Marching) on rather quickly. It's a mixed bag here this week with sun, clouds, rain, sun, clouds, rain....but people are getting out more. Yard work is being done, bicycles are being ridden and flowers are blooming. I feel revived.
Great and fun interpretation of the song...can't believe that April is already on our doorsteps.
ReplyDeleteI love that song. :)
ReplyDeleteI just had the "tomorrow is April?" gut check. I seriously did not know. I think the last few days just rolled into one. I love your image! Yay for April! I hope my kids forgot too, because they will have tricks planned. I would have fallen for whatever had I not come to your blog.
ReplyDeleteYes we are!
ReplyDeleteLovely composition!
I like those brick streets. A bit of nostalgia. There used to be some left in my hometown but someone decided they needed to go. :(
I'm SO ready for spring and getting outdoors!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot, aww and so true, hope summer turns slowly this year :)
ReplyDeleteI really like your choice of b/w for this shot. The entire composition is lovely. Thanks for linking up to S ong-ography Tamar :)
ReplyDeleteVery nice interpretation of the theme! Lovely shot!
