The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 19

The Good:
The MFA has a cool feature on the drawings of Leonardo Da Vinci. It's amazing to look at these sketches that date back so many years. He really was a genius and quite the artist.

The Random: 
How cool is this? The owner of the horse that won the Kentucky Derby graduated from my school!

The Fun: 
I'm doing well on my 5K training. My pace is getting a lot faster and I am making use of the gorgeous weather to get outside on the weekends. Not too shabby when your run takes you by Fenway.

    We LOVE to run! Our knees do not. We walk up and down stairs instead. And run in our mind.

    Thanks for your thoughts on de Vinci. He truly was an amazing man. Fun that the owner of the horse is from your school. Those horse races are so expensive and last such a short time...the owner must be very successful.

    My friend got me some really cool da Vinci stationery from some gallery and I always feel like I'm jotting down important discoveries whenever I use them. ;p

    I'm impressed that you are training for a 5K. Years ago I tried running but was so intimidated by men cat-calling that I did not continue.

    Ummm...yes! VERY cool to get to run by Fenway! I'm very slowly starting to turn my walking into running...not sharing that with too many people -cause I'm sure it'll be a slow process! Very inspiring to see you going for a 5K!
