Hafter Time!!

The Hafters are on an epic 27 state road trip and I spent the day with them as they swung through Boston!

After some adventures at Harvard and a quick lunch in Brookline we headed over to Fenway. It was a battle of the Sox - Chicago v. Boston.

It was super fun to be a tourist of sorts in Fenway. We hung out at the Kids Zone area for a bit and the kids enjoyed the fast pitch and various statues to play on.

The H6 also so quite the game. The Sox rallied in the 6th, lost the lead again in the 7th, tied it in the 8th, and won in a walk off in the 10th! It was an amazing game as a Sox fan and for the first time Fenway visitors. Also, nothing cuter than Sofia shouting on the top of her lungs for 2 innings straight "let's go Red Sox!"

Super fun way to spend the day with the Hafters!

    Very nice.

    I got some cool pics with my daughter at the retired numbers at night outside of Fenway. I really need to go in.

    Hammer fact- My son played against Hammer's son from the ages of 7 until 12 in little league.

    Wow...27 state roadtrip. There will be lots of treasured memories and probably several melt-downs, too. Great shots of Fenway!
