I posted this on Instagram on January 20th.

That was they day it became, in my mind, the day we as citizens, as humans, as neighbors, as woman, as allies need to step forward. To stand up. To organize.

We don't know where the next four years will take us. We know what events unfolded in our collective history when individuals stood by and did nothing.

But that was then and this is now. We have the control to mobilize and stand up for what we believe.

Call your senators. Call your representatives. Call your governors. Donate. Do something. It's our responsibility to take that step.
