The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 32

The Good:
I spent this past week at school doing a Harvard Extension course called "Data Wise Leadership Institute" with four other members of the Faculty Leadership Team. We're really looking at how we can use data to improve student and teaching outcomes. It was a lot of work/thinking/planning but also good when I sat back and realized the leadership roles I'm entering into and the time spent with colleagues too.

The Random:
Got chickens? In Brookline? Well apparently this house does....as seen on a run last week...

The Fun:
My IKEA catalogue is here...now I can move...which is a good thing because today is the day! Stay tuned for more!

  5. Good luck with your move! Very exciting!

My son and daughter in law kept chickens for few years. Lots of work but wonderful rich eggs and the chickens were like pets to the children. Sadly their new home area HOA won't allow it

  6. I use data all the time. I teach in court schools and I do the assessment testing and I built a data base for all the kids that come through the system. The cool thing is that I can show the students the area's they have improved in. It is like "This is what happens when you go to school everyday, you skill improves." It is the first time many of the students have seen the results of going to school.

Thanks for hosting and have a wonderful week.
