I took advantage of my MFA membership over vacation and saw the amazing Takashi Murakami exhibit. It is one of the coolest exhibits I've seen there in a while!
Murakami's works were featured against the MFA's historic Japanese collection. The often bright colors and shapes popped against the ancient ink and parchment. You could also see how these works were influential in Murakami's masterpieces!
Such a cool exhibition and a great way to get out of the polar vortex.
