I ran my longest long run ahead of the Chicago Marathon on Saturday!! 20 miles and now it's time to taper. This training cycle wasn't easy but this run confirmed I have it in me!

My son and his wife are tapering these days as well in preparation for a marathon somewhere here in Maine. Their goal is to qualify for BOSTON!
