The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 44

The Good:
We early voted last week!! My 4th time voting for a president, 2nd time voting as a NYer - but first in person! 

The Random:
Staples does know we're 2 months away from 2021 right...or does no one want a leftover 2020 calendar so they're off loading 2019...? Simpler times I suppose... 

The Fun:
I made homemade candied ginger with a boatload of ginger that came in my Misfits box. It was so easy and it's so much better (and stronger) than store-bought!

    Oh my gosh, that candied ginger looks amazing! I love ginger in all forms. And yes, who would spend money on a 2019 calendar? How weird is that? I applaud you for braving the polls in person! I couldn't do that. But I did vote for the fist time since 1992, so there's that!

    I voted early too, but it was only my second time to vote by mail instead of in person. It's much harder to vote by mail in Alabama but they gave an exemption this year that anybody could vote by mail due to covid. We still had a few hoops to jump through, but I jumped last month and checked already that my vote was accepted. Hoping 2021 calendars will be released soon and not in 2023. ha.

    I decided to vote in-person on election day. I live in PA, and I don't want to take a chance on my vote not counting!

    LOL! Those 2019 calendars should be like $1 not $10. Glad you got to vote early and in person. That's always fun and score on the candied ginger make. Looks amazing.
