The Good:
I started a new tradition at WDS this year. A "graduation" for the 5th graders as they leave elementary school. This year was just the kids. We tie-dyed WDS shirts and they each got a certificate of completion. Next year...with the parents!
The Random:
My friend sent me this google photo memory from 3 years ago. I had never seen this pic and couldn't stop laughing!
Went to my first Mets game and first baseball game in 2 years! Fear not...still a Red Sox fan...
What a great new tradition. Tie-dyed shirts are the best!
ReplyDelete...one of my granddaughters is going to middle school in the fall, where does the go?
ReplyDeleteAw, what a great post, Tamar! That photo from your friend is so fun! That's the good stuff in life, the fun memories with friends. And how great that you were able to do something special for the 5th graders! I haven't been to a baseball game in a really long time myself...Phillies fan here!

ReplyDeleteI love your new tradition, especially since it involves the children. The shirts are such a great idea and they have a keepsake to enjoy all summer! Thanks for hosting, have a great week ahead.
