Untermyer Gardens: Summer

I took advantage of a day off a few weeks ago to head to Untermyer Gardens. They were back to their pre-pandemic no tickets needed and it was great to just head over and wander the grounds on a quiet weekday afternoon. It was a very hot day, but all the water features and gorgeous summer blooms made it a tranquil retreat.
Pretty impressive to realize that ages and ages ago this was someone's private property. A little kingdom right here in Westchester!
