Spring is in full swing in the city. Fifth Avenue is full of fun blooms right now, too. Including a new art installation. There are 14 sketchbook-esque planters along the avenue, filled with flowers that match the whimsy of the giant planters.
They are the creation of artist Alexandre Benjamin Navet and are so fun! I love how big and creative they are and that they create a nice contrast between the glassy storefronts and bright flowers. They really liven up the street and are a perfect spring exhibition.
What a fun art installation! It looked like a great day to visit it too.
