The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 37

The Good:
It's finally not hot as hades which means running weather is perfection!! Perfect timing for the last super high volume week of training. 

The Random:
Giant tennis balls anyone?

The Fun:
I am doing a little teaching this year, it's been fun to dust off some old lessons for a new group of kids!
