The colors were slow to show up, but it has been a simply stunning fall so far in NY! The insane amounts of rain we had all September and early October have produced some gorgeous colors on the trees so the views are simply marvelous every which way.
It is amazing how the colors change right before our eyes. The temps are getting nippier each day. The wardrobes are being changed over to warmer garb. The heating is on and the fans are packed away for the season.
ooh I love the curly "tunnel" leaf picture. Great eye! We had so much rain all summer up here in MA. It dulled our leaves so that not only were the colours not as bright but there weren't many oranges or reds. It was still very pretty though.
ReplyDelete...there is still color to found.
ReplyDeleteThe colors were slow to show up here in Wisconsin too! Gorgeous photos! Thanks for the party!

ReplyDeleteTook awhile for the colours to show here.
Up until this weekend. we had nice colors in higher elevation, not so much along the Tennessee River in Chattanooga area. Both Sept and Oct were warm and dry. Now we have 30 degree temps!
