Some of the goodies that Udi's sent me. I had some fun with these goodies!Wiggle:
I love my stability ball. This thing was wiggling all over the place while I tried to snap some pics!
Five:
Chamaysh (cha-may-sh) is the hebrew word for 5. The Chumash is what we call the 5 books of Moses. I love this chumash that I got for my bat mitzvah from my school.
Word(s) of the day:
We had another snow day on Friday! They didn't expect that much snow (we ended up with over a foot...) so the 5 am snow day call was super welcomed! I used a white board marker on the window, worked perfectly!

ReplyDeleteWho doesn't love a snow day. Nice photo set.
ReplyDeletecrazy/wonderful March weather! That is a beautiful book - it's been a long time since I've read the five books of Moses - might be time again soon!
ReplyDeletenice choice for 5!
ReplyDeleteAnother snow day!! You're hogging all of them up there in Boston. We haven't had any....not that I really miss the snow, but I do miss the thrill of an unexpected day off from work since I work at a school.
ReplyDeleteI am over snow, I just want spring now! Love you wiggle :)
ReplyDeleteExcellent takes on this week's words. Snow days are a blessing until your kid(s) reach that age where they understand the correlation between snow days off and extra days added to the end of the year. At that point we start cheering 2 hour delays. I do a happy dance either way (not sure why - I don't have to go to school and it only means I'm on extra momma/chef/maid duty).
ReplyDeleteMy favourite is wiggle. I have a stability ball too, but it wiggles all alone in the corner of my living room.
ReplyDeleteGreat set and very interesting.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a "stability" ball isn't very stable wiggling all around like that, but a cool looking shot.
Word of the day...Brrrr and so glad we have had a mild winter here.
Great choice for sharing, how true that is.
Great idea for wiggle. I was really stuck on tha one. Snow days are extra good when they fall on a Friday but I hope you don't have to make up the days at the end of June.
ReplyDeleteWow ! You have snow !!! And that was interesting about hebrew word !

Love your week's interpretations! I've thought about using the dry erase markers on my windows in my classroom to draw spring flowers & such - just might give it a try......

ReplyDeleteoh, I'd love a snow day! do you have to make up those days at the end of the school year? no one has thought of a "wiggly" ball... nice job! and I really enjoy learning about the Jewish religion --- thanks for the lesson about the number 5!
