Curried Split Peas and Cauliflower Curry

There is something about the aroma of curry spices as they heat up. One of the reasons I love this easy to throw together and very healthy curry is because the aroma is produces as it cooks.
Turmeric and curry powder are the stars of this along with a cauliflower. The spices give the dish a golden hue that is complemented by the peas and pepper.
This dish is a winner all year round and makes enough for a family meal or dinner for a few nights.
I like top mine with raisins and cashews, but you can serve it with rice or serve it alone. But! Serve and enjoy!
