Movin' to the country,
Gonna eat me a lot of peaches...

{Peaches - The Presidents of the USA}

To wrap up summer, Shifra, Ellie and I went out to pick some berries and peaches.

I had heard tons of amazing things about Tougas Family Farm and it did not disappoint! A lovely little farm about an hour out of the city, friendly staff, gorgeous property, and amazing produce.

We strolled the rows of blueberries, blackberries, and the grove of peach trees.

The weather has been so amazing this summer that there was so much fruit, even at the very end of summer. The peaches were so aromatic you could smell them as you walked down the rows! We left with full baskets!

  9. Didn't know peaches grew in Massachutes; however, I also didn't know that my state of Georgia produces more blueberries than peaches. We love picking our own fruit!
