Healthy Sesame Noodles

I love all things peanut butter and love sesame noodles.

But, let's face it, it's not the healthiest.

So naturally, I set out to find a way to make a favorite dish healthier, but equally tasty.

Enter...spaghetti squash sesame noodles. Swapping the usual pasta for the delicious squash takes away the calorie guilt of the protein packed peanut butter = win. The addition of the tahini makes the peanut sauce super smooth and extra tasty = win win.

Super easy, super yummy, super healthy*.
*my personal opinion since I am by no means a nutritionist!

  6. Thank you for this yummy sounding (and looking) recipe! We had chicken with snow peas from a takeout place this weekend. I could live on it. Your dish looks similar but more healthy, I'm sure :)

  11. Ooh, this sounds goooood! I love sesame noodles (recipe from the Pioneer Woman), but these look even better. What's a spaghetti squash, though --as in you 'grate' the squash into strings?
