Grilling.
A simple, yet key part, of summer time. You may think that living in a city makes grilling impossible. Nope. Think again. My lovely apartment building has a grill out back, and this past weekend I opened up the grilling season!
On the - salmon marinated in a soy/maple/ginger glaze
- veggie kabobs
- corn
and some gf beer to be enjoyed while the food cooked (grilling and baseball, the only beer occasions in my book!)
Here's to many more nights out back at the grill!
