I devoured this book! So so good. Perfect story line and amount of fantasy. The movie....let's just say it has Tim Burton's mark all over it...

I tried to watch that movie and couldn't stay interested. Didn't realize it was Tim Burton, so I guess that's why. I think his time has passed. It's a good thing you are anxious for the school year to begin. Just around the corner.

I have finished reading the whole 3 books of Miss Peregrine, Tamar...such an incredible collections of peculiar photos and great story as well

Those fries look yummy. I missed that national day. Oh well! Hit national ice-cream day at least. That movie was a bit out there and glad to hear the book is better. I'll have to check it out.
