The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 35

The Good:
Finally made gazpacho before summer ended! So easy and so delicious.

The Random:
Argyle Rock Tape may be the most random runner's statement ever. 

The Fun:
I raced the mile for the first time ever. Yup. 1 mile. 4 laps around the track! I clocked a 7:34 and had a blast with my amazing team.

    Wait until you read "Let Your Mind Run" - she starts running 5:20ish minute miles - it's insane! I was listening to it and was so inspired to run. I kept thinking, "I can run fast like her". Then I went running and remembered I don't run fast!

    I love gazpacho. Haven't had it forever! The gayest I ever ran a mile was 10 minutes. I wish I could run fast!

    Thanks for the reminder for the gazpacho. I have so many tomatoes to use.

    I have never raced an official mile before, but I have looked at several 1-mile races. I think when my hip heals, I will give one of them a try.
