PB &B Breakfast Quinoa

I love a nice hot breakfast on the weekends. The two days a week where I am not eating in my classroom and can take time to prepare something warm and filling. Usually my go-to is oatmeal, but lately, I've been making quinoa...yep...breakfast quinoa.
When cooked in a little milk and mixed with banana and some peanut butter this is such a great way to start the day. The quinoa has that slight bite, but cooking it in the milk gives it such a nice flavor. An added bonus is the nice protein boost the quinoa adds to the meal - a great way to fuel up for the day!
