Hudson Yards, in Manhattan West, has an amazing floral exhibit right now. Local florist shops lent their talent to decorating 16 foot mannequins to pay homage to remarkable women in history and modern times. Each was so masterful and you could really tell who it was before reading the placard.
Jennifer Lopez and Queen Elizabeth II
Frieda Kahlo and Serena Williams
Edith Wharton and Bella Abzug
Chita Rivera and Eleanor Roosevelt
Lady Gaga and Malala Yousafzai
Billie Holiday and Vera Wang
Fanny Brice and Bette Midler
Leontyne Price and Gloria Vanderbilt
Amazing what you can create just with flowers!
