NY Historical Society: Tiffany Lamps

The New York Historical Society has one of the largest collections of Tiffany Lamps in the world. The nearly 100 lamps are beautifully displayed in an all-black gallery space. The dramatically lit space allows each unique lampshade to stand out in all its beauty. 

The collection includes examples of many rare, unique, and elaborate designs. As you wandered around the space you could read about the designs and the history behind this iconic company - all very cool and really beautiful!
