Judah and I went back to the NYBG for the evening edition of the Wonderland exhibition, Wonderland Nights. I love that the gardens have been finding ways to extend their exhibitions to after dark, it's so fun to see the grounds in new light, literally. Wonderland Nights was super magical! People were invited to dress up like the characters from Alice in Wonderland and while we opted not to, people were super creative!
While the whole gardens weren't open, there was more than enough to see! The conservatory was so fun at night, seeing the gardens in a new way. The giant mushrooms were all lit up and moved from time to time, shrinking and growing. There was also a DJ, dressed as the Mad Hatter, hosting a dance party on the plaza. It was a perfect late summer date night!
Oh wow! That looks magical.
