Scav Hunt Sunday: "Eats, Shoes, and Leaves"

Before and After:
I am not a huge photo editor person. I like my photos au natural, I may from time to time convert to B&W or kick up the color, so this was a stretch, but, oh I love how it turned out!

Bokeh:
Okay, so it's not custom, but I am just happy I naturally got a bokeh!

Opposing Lines:
I just love how the lines of the atrium windows reflect off the base of the Chihuly sculpture at the MFA.

Shoes:
I really only wear my fun dressy shoes on Shabbat, since I wear some sort of sneakers (helps with running walking around the classroom) to work. So I love figuring out which pair of fun shoes will go best with my shabbat clothes that week!

Little Features:
Avi gave me these adorable glass hedgehogs as a birthday gift one year, I just love how tiny they are!

A great collection of photos for the challenge. I was at the Phoenix Botanical Gardens this year and saw the Chihuly - amazing in the sunlight. Great before and After. Happy Sunday.

Great set...love the bokeh...I wasn't able to "custom bokeh" myself this week...like you I was simply happy to bokeh at all. Your shoe photo is nice too.

Your before and after is REALLY beautiful! Great job! I'm kind of an editing junkie ;)

Cute shoes, girl...and I love those "lines"!

Loved your opposing lines! Great job!

My fave is that shoe shot. Great low POV. You did well with opposing lines. That concept is still tricky for me. And processing was definitely worth it. That image says "fall". (and get raking which I am procrastinating.)

I think you did great with bokeh. And your little features is awesome. I collect glass too. Anything different would be great for me. And that sculpture is out of this world!

All are beautiful, but especially the two of glass, the third and last, wonderful light and color, very nice photos.

Sweet love your hedgehogs, and the great opposing lines. The before and after is fun too. (I’m a natural sort of person myself as well, although am trying to do a bit more editing lately.)

That first shot is awesome!

Great set! Your editing on the first shot is awesome, and I love the little hedgehogs. Also, I totally get it about the shoes - I loved to wear really cute shoes when I went out or on the weekends, because I always had to wear my "teacher shoes" to work!

I felt exactly the same way when I'd managed to get some bokeh for the first time! Mind you, whenever I do get bokeh, it's mostly by accident. :)

I love your shoe picture and how you poses them.
Most times, I like the natural look as well the best, but sometimes you can't help yourself and I go overboard when editing...
