1/4 of the way around the sun!

What a week! I spent most of the week humming Les Mis songs, as I came off the incredible high of seeing the show live on Sunday night. Reality kept me somewhat grounded, though. I began teaching the science unit I wrote and designed and so far the class is loving it and learning! I sadly, didn't win the lottery, but for the first time ever, bought a ticket (okay, five tickets). I've also loved seeing all the sites of Spring - from the buds on the tree outside my window, to the bulletin board I put up this week, to the azaleas the just began to open up. 25% of the year done - now onward to the next quarter!!
And my favorite picture of the month: the gorgeous chandelier and molding at the Opera House!

Looks like a fab week! Your science unit looks great, based on your bulletin board and the journal page.

Sorry no lottery jackpot for you. Wouldn't that have been something?

Love your azaleas. They look unique compared to what I have in my yard. you have bigger blooms.
