Tuesday, it was just me and the boys. I asked Noam what the plan was for the day. He made a plan, we stuck to it, and we had a pretty darn good day!
First, he wanted to make me coffee. "Mar Mar, do you want the orange one?"
While I caffeinated, Mr. Roo worked on cutting his first tooth.
Noam enjoyed a waffle. Well, 3 waffles. With nutella. Sugar loading early in the day.
Ronan, seemed unimpressed...
Hey, Noam, there is something on your face.... "no Mar Mar, there is something on yowre face!" burned by a 3 year old...Next up, a walk into town to go buy a new book. I successfully got Roo in the ergo and off we went!
The book worm wasted no time diving into his newest book. Then he decided we needed to hit the market for ingredients for the dinner he (yes, he) planned.
Again, Ronan seemed unimpressed. The master of ceremonies asked for a trip to the pottery store. I obliged. We all survived, including the pottery store.
And then it was nap time. Ahhhh...nap time!
After naps we got to work making dinner! Apple crisp and pizza. This little sous chef was a big help.Well, until it rained oats all over the kitchen...
And the final verdict on the day from the youngest judge? A banner day!
I must say, a day in the life with 2 kids under 3, is almost like teaching 8 year olds...but with nap time!

Everything about this post is so freakin adorable. Not least of which is your love for these guys.
Oh the drool!!!!! LOVE it.
What a great day! You are the best Aunt ever! Anytime you want to come to GA, and take my 3 for the day is ok with me!
JUST PRECIOUS!!! What fun to have a special aunt who lets you plan and helps you make all those wishes come true!!
you are the best aunt!
This was the best....I loved your day planned by a 3 year old. We should follow him as an example each adorable day. Thanks for sharing your days with your 2 precious nephews.
what a beautiful post and wonderful day spent with family!
If you can survive a trip to the pottery story with children, you are clearly an expert! And thank goodness for nap time! :)
What a day - and I love how you documented it for prosperity. I tell you, you deserve an award "Best Auntie Ever" - 2 under 3 - an ergo, pottery store, grocer, buggie babyseat, got one to ACTUALLY nap. Who am I kidding - you deserve a crown, banner, and trophy.
I thought you were suppose to be on vacation? lol
Those two are so cute. I think Roo was a bit not sure who you were in all of the events going on. Or in other words, "Where's my Mom?"
:)
Roo is getting SO big!! How cute these two are!
Can I just say... how fun?!?! That sounds exactly like my idea of a perfect day - a fun kiddo to play with and a baby to snuggle!
And goodness... I've thought this from day one - but those boys look so much alike :)
