Very Veggie Chili

Cold enough for you? It's been well below average (even by Boston standards) lately. That means comfort food, namely warm comfort food!

The latest polar vortex came just in time for my birthday. Which made it even more fitting that I make my Very Veggie Chili for my birthday dinner with friends.
This chili is filled with veggies, beans, and flavor. I can't compare it to meat chili, but I cant say you won't miss the meat here.
It's perfect for a cold night and could be a great veggie option at your Superbowl party too. I love topping mine with some vegan cheese, salsa, and gauc, but it's equally good as is.
I have a feeling you'll love curling up on the couch with a bowl of this as the snow falls outside.

Still cold? I'm sharing this recipe as part of January's Recipe Round-Up. So go check out these other recipes, from these awesome ladies, that are sure to warm you up this winter!

Yum YUM that looks good and by the ingredients, I can eat it tooo. HM and I will work on this one together, i think. Thanks Tamar!

And, yes I am very interested in locating many different wigs, especially for my posts. I have heard from some that the wigs itch; that the scalp is more sensitive than one would think. So just having them on for post posing would be so FUN!!!! ♥
