100 Happy Days

Over the past month or so, I have seen tons of pictures with the hashtag #100happydays. I finally got curious and looked up the project. They challenge folks to find a happy moment in each day for 100 days straight. 71% of people who have tried the challenge couldn't make it.

I figured, with what I have been through the last month and change with the end of school and the end of KSA, I needed a push to get my happy mojo back. I looked at the calendar and figured out, that if I started my 100 happy days on the day I walked out of KSA for good, 100 days would land me at the end of Rosh HaShanah. Perfect!

To make the challenge more fun, I got my sister to join me. I am loving it so far. Sure, it's summer, and things are all good now (new job, sleeping in, etc). But this is a good mental discipline. I'm looking for the ordinary in my everyday now - loving it!

What's made me happy so far:
#day1: end of KSA and new beginnings at Maimo
#day2: start of summer and sleeping late!
#day3: world cup with friends (go USA!)
#day4: massage to kick off summer
#day5: some time browsing the book shop
#day6: new toms for summertime

If you want to follow along, I am posting my pics daily on my instagram (tamarsb).

Here's to being happy!

I love 100 happy days. Even on the worst of days, when all seems grim, there is happiness to be found.

So fun, right? I'm in the 70's now and I might have to start all over again!
